About Michelle
I became interested in birth and breastfeeding when I had my first child in 1994. From the beginning, as a childbirth educator and a volunteer breastfeeding counselor, I have loved helping new moms and babies get off to a good start with breastfeeding and overcome any obstacles they faced.

To better help mothers and babies, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2002 and opened my private practice. I do home visits because I think it’s helpful to learn breastfeeding techniques in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

In addition to home visits, I also teach the prenatal breastfeeding classes at Emerson Hospital in Concord and offer a Back To Work and Breastfeeding class in the community.

I have a master’s degree in child development from Tufts University and am a parent of three children.

I’d be happy to answer any questions about my in home lactation consultations. Please feel free to call me at 978-897-3637 or email michelle@frombirth.com. I look forward to working with you!
